Remote Management/Leadership Coach

Management/Leadership Coach

At Regalis Capital, we believe strong leadership is essential to building high-performing teams. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Management/Leadership Coach to support our team in strengthening their leadership and people-management skills.

This is a project-based engagement, not a full-time role. You’ll work directly with our existing managers and soon-to-be managers through a short series of practical, high-impact coaching and training sessions designed to help them become more effective managers.

The ideal consultant has grown and led teams from small companies to teams of hundreds and has developed talent from employees into leaders multiple times over repeatably - with proof behind that success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct high-impact group coaching sessions to build leadership skills and learn the frameworks needed to be a good manager
• Conduct sessions with key managers to support their problem areas and  improve their ability to handle day to day team operations
• Share real-world leadership practices, frameworks, and examples that can be applied immediately
• Roleplay real-world scenarios to help them learn by doing
• Gather feedback from participants and identify key strengths and weaknesses of each participant to give them actionable feedback to improve
