Remote Market Development Assistant 🍺

O.J. Beer is looking for a motivated Market Development Assistant to support our brand growth and business development efforts in Ghana.

This role is ideal for someone who understands local markets, enjoys research, and can help identify opportunities for brand awareness, partnerships, distribution, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research market opportunities in Ghana

• Identify potential distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, wholesalers, and business partners

• Support outreach and lead generation activities

• Track competitor activity and local beverage market trends

• Help build local market contact lists and reports

• Support the team with market insights and expansion opportunities

• Assist with basic admin and coordination tasks related to market development

Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, or market research

• Good understanding of Ghana markets

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable doing online research and outreach

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer

• Able to work independently in a remote setup

• English and/or French language skills are an advantage
