Remote Membership Sales Representative

Remote | Part-Time | Training Week In-Office

We’re looking for an energetic, personable sales professional to connect with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in health, fitness, and wellness services.

These are not cold calls. You’ll be speaking with warm leads who have previously shown interest, with the goal of learning what they’re looking for, answering questions, building excitement, and helping them take the next step.

Schedule

This is a remote position following an initial one-week, in-office training period.

Availability is needed in the following CST calling windows:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM–7:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

Scheduling may consist of split shifts or individual 3-hour calling blocks based on availability and business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Contact warm leads who have already expressed interest in health and fitness
• Build rapport and learn about each prospect’s goals
• Educate prospects on membership options and services
• Follow up consistently with interested leads
• Overcome common objections in a friendly, confident way
• Convert conversations into memberships and appointments
• Accurately document calls, follow-ups, and lead status
• Meet individual activity and sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people by phone
• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and productive while working remotely
• Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals
• Passion for health, fitness, Pilates, or wellness is a plus
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional work-from-home environment
• Availability during the listed calling windows

You’ll be reaching out to people who have already raised their hand and expressed interest, so the focus is on relationship building, follow-up, and converting genuine interest into action.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
