Remote Nurse Practitioner – 1099 Per Diem

Integrated Life Services is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed Nurse Practitioner to work with our elder care management team on a flexible, per-diem basis.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an independent NP interested in additional referrals without taking on the surrounding care-management workload.

Responsibilities may include:

• Virtual evaluations and assessments
• Review of medical history and medications
• Clinical documentation and forms
• Assisted-living or placement-related clinical evaluations
• Collaboration with families, facilities, and the ILS care team

Ideal candidates:

• Massachusetts APRN license
• FNP, Adult-Gerontology, Geriatric, Primary Care, or similar NP certification
• Experience with older adults preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth
• Independent, responsive, and collaborative

1099 | Per Diem | Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule

Compensation and practice arrangements will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: $85.00 - $110.00 per hour
