Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day operations across 24/7 rotational shifts.

You will lead remote teams, optimize workflows, manage KPIs, and maintain smooth operations following UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Leadership & Operations: Lead Enquiries, Reservations, and Quality teams.

Oversee Team Leaders and Duty Managers to maintain high service standards 24/7.

* Performance & KPIs:

Track SLAs, CSAT/NPS, productivity, AHT, and resolution times using advanced Excel and dashboards.

* Workforce & Escalations: Work with WFM on scheduling and capacity planning.

Act as the senior escalation point for operational issues. Requirements

* 5+ years in customer operations, contact centre/BPO, or travel/hospitality.

* 3+ years in a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Operations Manager role leading large frontline teams.

* Fluent English (C1+ level) with strong UK stakeholder communication skills.

* Strong background in Workforce Management (WFM) and Excel/Dashboards.

* Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts (days, nights, and weekends).

Pay: E£40,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
