REMOTE Operations Manager for Digital Agency (PHP30k-40k)

We seek a dynamic Operations Manager to join our web design and development agency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining our studio operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality digital projects.

SALARY: USD550-750/month (PHP30k-40k) DOE

Key Responsibilities

Project Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, projects, client communication, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workflows between design, development, and client service teams
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all deliverables
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise web professionals, including designers and developers
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Recruit and onboard new team members as needed
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Process Management

• Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and workflows
• Streamline project management processes from initiation to delivery
• Establish and monitor KPIs for team performance
• Maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations management, preferably in a digital agency
• Strong understanding of web development and design processes

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management software and tools, especially HubSpot and ClickUp.
• Working knowledge of web technologies and development frameworks
• Experience with resource planning and team management platforms
