About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Optometrists to join our team for a Remote Optometrist role in Kerala. Freshers with a relevant Optometry qualification are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote/virtual eye consultations and provide professional optometric guidance.
• Understand customers' vision-related requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Perform vision assessment and support customers with appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer and consultation records.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
• Follow company guidelines, processes, and professional optometry standards.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams whenever required.

Eligibility

• B.Optom / B.Sc. Optometry / Diploma in Optometry or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experienced Optometrists are also welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in customer service and eye care.
• Candidates should be willing to undergo training in Bangalore.

Compensation

3,36,000 3,60,000 per annum (CTC)

• Performance-based incentives, as applicable.
• Job Location: Kerala ( Multiple Locations )
• Training: Kochi
• Candidates should be comfortable travelling to Kochi for the training period.
