Remote | Chat Team Manager — Creator Management Agency

This is a fully remote position — no relocation or office attendance required.

We're hiring a Chat Team Manager to lead a team of chatters for our creator management agency. We manage subscription-based content and fan-engagement accounts for independent creators. You'll oversee day-to-day chat operations, coach your team on sales and communication, and report performance directly to agency leadership.

What you'll do

• Supervise a team of chatters and review chat quality, giving regular coaching
• Track daily sales and KPI reports (revenue, conversion rate, response time, QA)
• Build shift schedules and coordinate team coverage
• Train new chatters and onboard them to agency SOPs
• Report team performance to agency managers
• Develop strategies to grow sales and improve subscriber retention

What you'll need

• 1+ year of chat-based sales/fan engagement experience on subscription content platforms, with a track record of hitting sales and engagement targets
• 1–2 years leading a team — training, mentoring, or managing chatters
• Excellent written English, with the ability to coach others on tone, sales, and communication style
• Strong grasp of sales tactics: PPV, upselling, subscriber retention, engagement strategies
• Comfort with performance management and KPI tracking
• A knack for resolving team conflicts and solving problems on the fly
• Your own laptop/desktop, stable internet, and comfort learning CRM or chat management tools

Compensation
Monthly base salary + incentives (details discussed at the job offer stage).
