About the Role

My Derma Dream is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer skincare company, and we're expanding our global sales team.

We're looking for experienced Outbound Sales Representatives, Sales Closers, Appointment Setters, SDRs, Cold Callers, Telesales Representatives, and BPO Sales Professionals who are confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with customers, and are motivated by performance-driven rewards.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective discovery.
• Present products and membership options that best fit the customer's needs.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales goals.

Work Schedule

• Structured schedule with:

  • Two 1-hour meal breaks
  • Two 15-minute rest breaks

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Outbound Sales
  • Sales Closing
  • Appointment Setting
  • SDR / Business Development
  • Cold Calling
  • Telesales
  • BPO Sales

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment.

• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.

• Laptop or desktop computer with a working webcam and headset.
