Remote Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a confident, reliable, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative based in the Philippines.

This is a sales position, not a general virtual assistant or customer service role.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact U.S. small business owners, introduce our website services, identify potential customers, follow up with interested prospects, and close sales.

Our website package makes it a straightforward service to introduce and sell to small businesses that need a new or improved website.

Compensation

Base Pay: $200 USD/month + Uncapped Sales Commission

Commission increases as your monthly sales increase:

• 1–4 completed sales: $25 per sale
• 5–9 completed sales: $30 per sale
• 10–19 completed sales: $40 per sale
• 20+ completed sales: $50 per sale

Higher commission rates apply to sales within each tier and are not retroactive.

There is no commission cap.

Strong performers may also become eligible for higher base pay and additional incentives based on consistent sales performance.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to U.S. small business owners
• Introduce our website services
• Identify businesses that may need a new or improved website
• Explain our website package clearly and confidently
• Ask the right questions to understand the prospect’s needs
• Handle common sales objections
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects
• Close sales and guide customers through the payment process
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales
• Meet daily activity and sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable selling, not someone who simply reads a script.

You should be:

• Fluent in spoken English
• Confident speaking with U.S. business owners
• Comfortable making cold calls
• Persuasive without being overly aggressive
• Reliable and punctual
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• Consistent with follow-ups
• Comfortable being evaluated based on measurable performance

Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, BPO sales, or closing is strongly preferred.

Experience selling to U.S. customers is a major plus.
