• Base + Commission Structure: This role features a competitive structure designed to reward high performers.
• Guaranteed Daily Base: We offer a guaranteed $100 per day base pay, directly tied to meeting your daily outbound call activity targets.
• Total Earning Potential: Combining your daily base with our commission structure, realistic average earnings range from $100 to $300+ per day, depending entirely on your performance and closed deals.

What You Will Do

• Drive Outbound Activity: Execute 100+ outbound cold calls per day utilizing our streamlined, rapid-fire CRM Power Dialer system.
• Deliver Value Driven Pitches: Present an easy to understand, low friction, cost savings model directly to independent business owners.
• Maximize Efficiency: Utilize multi channel outreach by deploying pre-recorded voicemails and 1-click text templates to unanswered leads.
• Data Management: Log essential competitor details and update call outcomes using simple custom dropdown menus.
• Navigate Conversations: Overcome standard objections confidently using our structured script frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven Phone Stamina: A strong background in high-volume outbound phone sales (cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is required).
• Resilience & Thick Skin: Completely comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a highly enthusiastic attitude across 100+ dials a day.
• Professional Remote Workspace: A dedicated, quiet home office setup with zero background noise and high-speed internet access.
• Technical Equipment: A high-quality, reliable USB noise-canceling headset.
• CRM Familiarity: Previous experience with Close CRM or HubSpot is a major plus, though comprehensive technical training on our system is provided from day one.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
