We're looking for friendly, organized, and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Scheduler to answer patient calls, schedule appointments, confirm visits, and provide outstanding customer service, all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound patient calls
• Schedule Appointments →**UNCAPPED DAILY BONUS when your patient shows**
• Confirm appointments
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients
• Document patient interactions and update schedules
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Remote Requirements

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quality headset with microphone
• Company laptop provided

Hours: 36-40 hours

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 8am - 8pm

Thursdays as -needed

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
