Location: Remote – Work from Home in the UNITED STATES!

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Sole Contractor)

Hours: 20 hours per week | 4 days per week | 5 hours per day Schedule: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM US time Pay: $10 USD per hour + $50 USD commission for every closed sale

About the Opportunity We're looking for a motivated, personable and coachable Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team and help turn warm leads and abandoned carts into successful sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building rapport and helping customers find the right solution for their needs.

Previous sales experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate. You'll receive personalised online training, guidance and ongoing coaching from our Sales Executive to help you develop your skills and build confidence.About the RoleYour primary responsibility will be to reconnect with potential customers who have shown interest in our products but haven't yet completed their purchase.Your duties will include:

• Making outbound calls to customers with abandoned carts using Aircall.
• Following up with warm leads who need a friendly, helpful point of contact.
• Building rapport and understanding each customer's individual needs.
• Answering questions, addressing concerns and providing product information.
• Helping customers overcome purchasing hesitation and confidently guiding them towards a sale.
• Following up with potential customers to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Working towards agreed KPIs and individual sales targets.
• Participating in weekly team meetings, online training and coaching sessions.

• Willing to work towards KPIs and participate in regular team meetings and training.

Sales experience and a proven ability to close deals will be highly regarded, but attitude, willingness to learn and the right personality are just as important.What's on Offer?
