Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure fast issue resolution
• Meet service quality and productivity targets in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (C1/C2 level)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with multiple tools and digital platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization preferred
