Remote Principal Full Stack Software Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive the design and delivery of scalable software solutions that support complex healthcare use cases.

You will own distributed systems challenges, shape modern cloud-based architectures, and help translate business needs into reliable technical designs.

In addition, you will mentor fellow engineers and contribute across the stack to strengthen team execution and product quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Solve distributed systems challenges, focusing on elasticity and reliability
• Design modern solutions leveraging cloud architecture and distributed systems at scale
• Take ownership of business problems and turn them into system designs
• Guide and mentor other engineers to achieve project goals
• Support team objectives across multiple layers of the technology stack

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems and web development
• Proven mentoring experience for engineers
• Adaptability to work across different layers of the technology stack
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
