Remote Project Delivery Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Project Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will guide complex project execution across services and technology delivery, with a strong emphasis on scope, budget, quality, and financial performance. The successful candidate will partner closely with internal stakeholders in Contracts, Finance, and other support functions to keep projects aligned, reported accurately, and moving toward business goals. In this role, you will also help strengthen the project management team’s capabilities and ensure delivery practices remain consistent with established project management standards. A background in government-focused business environments and software delivery will be important to success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $167,200 – $215,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the services project management team's capabilities
• Foster high-value relationships with team members and key stakeholders
• Ensure project delivery meets scope, budget, and quality standards using government business acumen
• Drive revenue generation against financial goals across the project portfolio
• Collaborate proactively with internal support teams including Contracts and Finance
• Prepare and support monthly financial project reporting with high accuracy
• Ensure alignment with project management best practices within the digital solutions organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum eight years in services project leadership roles
• At least two years in PLM or similar technology delivery leadership
• Strong understanding of software project management industry tools and best practices
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies in software projects
• Familiarity with administrative functions like project setup and revenue recognition
• Experience with DoD contracts, policies, and procedures
