(Remote) Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a (Remote) Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee software development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, financial performance, and customer expectations remain aligned. You will partner closely with technical teams, management, and clients to drive progress, communicate changes clearly, and keep work moving across global resources. The position calls for strong cross-functional leadership, analytical judgment, and the ability to translate technical updates into practical business communication.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction
• Explain changes in project scope to clients and management
• Oversee project financials and profitability
• Proactively resolve project issues to stay on schedule
• Provide status updates to management and team members

Qualifications

• Education in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience managing software development projects across all phases
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical skills for project assessment
• Comfortable managing global resources
