Job Summary
Our team is ready for a skilled QuickBooks Expert to support the company's accounting and bookkeeping operations. The best person for this role brings strong QuickBooks Online experience and a solid grasp of accounting principles and financial processes. The focus is on keeping financial records accurate, carrying out reconciliations, and making certain accounting data is orderly and correctly recorded. The candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and at ease working independently once initial training is complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out bank reconciliations so accounting records agree with bank transactions
• Handle and maintain accounting entries in QuickBooks Online
• Take care of bookkeeping tasks such as recording invoices and keeping financial records in order
• Keep financial data within the accounting system organized and correct
• Help uphold structured accounting workflows and processes
• Assist with ongoing accounting tasks and projects when needed
• Make certain financial records are properly documented and kept current

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Solid knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Understanding of accounting terminology and financial processes
• Ability to carry out bank reconciliations accurately
• Experience handling accounting records in QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
• Ability to organize and maintain financial information effectively

Preferred Skills
