Remote Quoting Specialist

The Role

Turn inbound interest into completed coverage applications from home. Families request information first, then you connect with them to review pricing and coverage options. You’ll build quotes during the conversation, explain the differences between plans, make recommendations, and guide interested clients through the application process.

This is a phone-based sales role with performance-based compensation. Training is provided on the products, quoting process, and systems, so prior insurance experience is not required.

What You'll Do

* Build personalized quotes while speaking with interested clients.

* Explain pricing, coverage amounts, and the factors that affect premiums.

* Present relevant options and recommend coverage based on the client’s needs.

* Handle questions and objections to help clients make a decision.

* Guide qualified clients through the application and enrollment process.

* Follow up with people who need additional time before moving forward.

* Keep quotes, applications, and sales activity accurately recorded.

What We're Looking For

* Comfortable discussing prices and financial decisions by phone.

* Able to explain options clearly without relying on a script.

* Confident asking questions, making recommendations, and closing when appropriate.

* Patient and professional when a client needs more information before deciding.

* Organized with follow-up, applications, and sales activity.

* Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a headset.

* Available weekdays, with some evening calls as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
