We work with data scientists and machine learning teams to support AI development through high-quality data annotation, validation, and specialized data services, including medical imaging projects.
Our healthcare-focused projects require qualified medical professionals who can review medical images and provide accurate, structured reports according to project-specific instructions and quality standards.
Role Description
We are seeking qualified Radiologists based in the United States or Canada for a remote, task-based contract opportunity focused on X-ray image reporting.
EngAI Technologies will provide the assigned X-ray images through its designated application, along with task-specific instructions, reporting guidelines, benchmarks, and quality criteria. The selected Radiologist will review each assigned image and prepare a clear, structured report based on the visible findings.
This role is intended for qualified medical professionals with specialist radiology training and experience in interpreting X-ray images. All reports must follow the provided guidelines and applicable professional standards.
Responsibilities

- Interpret the images and prepare clear, accurate, and structured radiology reports.
- Identify relevant normal and abnormal findings within the scope of the assigned task.
- Follow the reporting format, terminology, benchmarks, and quality criteria provided for each assignment.
- Flag inadequate image quality, uncertainty, or insufficient clinical information rather than making unsupported conclusions.
- Review feedback and complete corrections when required.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all medical images, reports, and project information.
- Complete assigned tasks within the agreed turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MD or equivalent).
- Specialist training in Radiology and experience interpreting X-ray images.
- Valid professional registration or licence appropriate to the applicant's location and scope of practice.
- Experience in diagnostic radiology, teleradiology, or medical imaging reporting is preferred.
- Strong written English and the ability to produce precise, well-structured reports.
- Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems and DICOM medical imaging workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow detailed reporting instructions.
- Commitment to professional ethics, patient privacy, and high-quality reporting.
Requirements
- Location: United States or Canada only.
- An up-to-date CV or résumé.
- Relevant medical qualifications and radiology training credentials.
- Professional registration or licence details for credential verification.
- Ability to review assigned X-ray images and submit reports through the designated application.
- Applicants must not submit patient-identifiable images, reports, or confidential medical records with their applications.
Compensation
USD $10–$30 per task.
The specific compensation, scope of work, and reporting requirements will be communicated before each task is accepted. This is a task-based contract opportunity, not a salaried position. Compensation may vary depending on the complexity and requirements of the assignment.
