What you will be doing:

• Source and attract outstanding candidates using innovative channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to uncover the perfect fit.
• Supporting your candidates' application during the recruitment process
• Collaborate with an incredible team to exchange ideas, strategies, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest industry trends and recruitment tools.

What we are looking for;

• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Hiring experience in BPO roles for at least 6 months
• strong talent pool in the European market
• Availability to work at least 25 to 30 hours a week.
