The role

We are hiring a full-time Remote Robot Operator to help operate, monitor, and improve robotic systems through teleoperation tools. This is a remote role, and candidates must be based in Mexico. You will work closely with our robotics, software, and operations teams while helping us run reliable day-to-day robot operations.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor robotic systems through remote software and teleoperation interfaces.

• Follow operating procedures, safety checks, and escalation protocols.

• Track system health, latency, and unusual robot behavior during operations.

• Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate hardware or software problems clearly.

• Document runs, incidents, and observations so engineering teams can improve the system.

• Provide structured feedback on controls, workflows, and operator tools.

• Collaborate remotely with teammates across engineering and operations.

What we’re looking for

• Based in Mexico and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and sound judgment.

• Comfort learning technical software, control interfaces, and operating procedures.

• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Spanish fluency.

• Reliable internet access and a quiet, dependable workspace.

• Ability to document problems carefully and follow instructions consistently.

Helpful experience

Experience with robotics, teleoperation, remote monitoring, VR or game-style controls, technical support, manufacturing operations, field operations, or structured data collection is helpful but not required. We welcome both recent graduates and candidates with relevant professional experience.

Compensation

MX$18,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience.
