🚀 Remote/WFH Outbound Sales Advisor

📍 Location: Fully Remote, home-based

💰 Salary: £25,506 Basic Salary + Bonus (£6,200 - £8,000 average OTE)

📅 Start Date: 2nd November

⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to expansion, they are looking for remote/WFH Sales Advisors to join their team outside of London.

What You Will Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to potential customers and building strong rapport
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services
• Confidently handling objections and guiding customers through the sales process
• Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintaining excellent customer service while delivering a consultative sales approach
• Managing a high volume of calls in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

What You Will Need to Succeed

• A minimum of 12 months' recent, continuous, experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar outbound sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A resilient, positive, and self-motivated approach
• The drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
