Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through telemarketing and digital channels to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions across health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance sectors.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements to recommend appropriate coverage options while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively by demonstrating product benefits and addressing client concerns confidently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance client engagement and increase sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and supporting benefits administration processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus).
• Familiarity with insurance sales including health, life, property casualty insurance, and related regulations such as HIPAA compliance.
• Knowledge of insurance products like health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for managing client data efficiently.
• Demonstrated customer relationship building skills coupled with outstanding customer service orientation.
• Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Understanding of benefits administration processes and marketing strategies to enhance client engagement.
• Knowledge of telemarketing techniques along with strong client communication skills for remote interactions.
