As a Remote Sales Executive at CapEx Resources, your compensation is 100% commission-based and uncapped.

Our top-performing salespeople who have been with CapEx Resources for approximately 2–2½ years are on pace to earn $300,000–$400,000 in total compensation this year.

That’s not a first-year promise or a guaranteed outcome. It reflects what our current top performers are earning based on their performance, experience, and the business they close.

There’s no base salary in this role. Your performance creates your income. The more business you close, the more you have the opportunity to earn-and with uncapped commissions, there’s no predetermined ceiling on your earning potential.

But you won’t be expected to figure out sales on your own.

You’ll begin with in-person training at our Newburyport, MA office, where you’ll learn directly from experienced sales and finance professionals. We’ll teach you our financing products, how to find and speak with business owners, identify and qualify opportunities, build a pipeline, handle objections, negotiate, and close.

Once you complete your initial training, you’ll have the flexibility to take those skills remote.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your office might look different. Your mission doesn’t.

You’ll spend your day connecting with business owners across the country, identifying financing opportunities, building relationships, and working deals toward the close.

You’ll:

• Connect with business owners nationwide
• Identify and qualify financing opportunities
• Learn a variety of business financing products and how to position them
• Match clients with products that fit their needs
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving
• Handle objections and negotiate
• Work opportunities from the first conversation through closing
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development
