This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking for a full-time career rather than a temporary or part-time position. No previous experience is required—we provide training and guidance throughout the onboarding process.

What You’ll Do

As a Benefits Provider, you will:

• Meet with clients remotely to discuss their insurance needs
• Educate clients on insurance products and benefits
• No cold calling, clients are provided
• Recommend coverage options based on individual needs
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Work toward personal and team performance goals

Compensation

This is a commission-based position, meaning compensation is based primarily on individual sales performance. Your income potential is directly connected to your performance, production, and ability to consistently work with clients.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
