The Key Agency is looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing life insurance sales team. This hybrid role includes working with clients virtually and in person to help families find coverage that fits their needs.
We provide hands-on training, mentorship, lead opportunities, and a clear path into leadership. No insurance experience is required, but candidates must obtain a life insurance license before selling.
