Remote Sales Representative, Luxury Landscape Design and Maintenance (East Hampton, NY)

Creative Design Landscapes designs, builds and maintains high-end landscapes for homeowners across the East End. We are hiring a remote sales representative to turn inbound inquiries and referrals into signed projects and seasonal maintenance contracts.

Pay: $70,000 to $90,000 base salary plus commission on gross profit. Expected first-year total pay is $110,000 to $160,000. (Proposed range: confirm before posting. New York requires a good-faith pay range in postings for roles tied to the state, including remote ones.)

What you will do

• Respond to new leads within one business hour and qualify budget, scope, and timeline
• Run consultations by phone and video, and join site visits with our estimators
• Present proposals, handle price questions and close projects and maintenance contracts
• Keep every lead, quote and follow-up current in Jobber
• Hand approved jobs to our operations team with a clean scope and expectations
• Build referral relationships with architects, builders, designers, and real estate agents

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years selling premium services or products to affluent homeowners (landscape design, outdoor living, pools, custom building, interiors or luxury real estate)
• A track record of hitting quota, with numbers you can share
• Excellent spoken and written communication, including polished proposals and emails
• Comfort discussing five- and six-figure projects and following up patiently over weeks
• Self-directed and organized in a remote role
• Landscape knowledge is a plus. We will train you on our services and pricing.
