What You’ll Do

• Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound phone calls
• Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate information in our CRM
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals with support from your team
• Build valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills through hands-on training
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, contests, and recognition programs
