Job Title: Remote Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator (Concierge) -100% Work From Home

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary : Starting at $1,500 USD/month + commission on eligible upsells

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Central Time / CT, including a 30-minute lunch break, for 37.5 hours per week, plus a rotating weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday, approximately 7 hours

The Role

Our Client is seeking an organized, empathetic, and communicative Remote Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator to serve as the vital link between customers and mobile grooming professionals in the field. Reporting to the Office Manager, this team member will manage daily appointments, optimize route scheduling, process payments, address customer inquiries via phone and messaging, convert digital leads into bookings, and recommend appropriate add-on services.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Scheduling, Routing & Dispatch Coordination

• Books, confirms, and reschedules mobile grooming appointments for new and returning clients with high accuracy.
• Coordinates directly with field groomers throughout the day to monitor route progress, manage unexpected transit delays, and adjust schedules in real time.
• Responds rapidly to incoming website inquiries and digital leads to convert prospect interest into confirmed bookings.

Customer Communication, Service & Upselling

• Inbound and outbound phone calls and text messages with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Collects customer payments, deposits, and service fees accurately using web-based payment platforms.
• Recommends additional grooming treatments and add-on services during customer touchpoints to enhance the pet care experience and earn sales commissions.
• Resolves customer complaints and service concerns with patience, escalating issues to management when necessary and following up on online reviews to support brand reputation.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

• Customer Service & Dispatch Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or logistics dispatch environments.
• Fluent English Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills to handle real-time customer phone calls, text messages, emails, and review responses.
• Software & Web Navigation: High comfort navigating web-based scheduling platforms, digital phone applications, and messaging systems inside Google Chrome.
• Schedule Alignment: Full commitment to work standard business hours aligned with US Central Time (Houston, TX) plus rotating weekend shifts.
• Remote Infrastructure: Dedicated quiet workspace, desktop/laptop computer with a modern operating system (tablets/smartphones cannot replace a computer setup), noise-canceling headset with microphone, and reliable high-speed internet (25+ Mbps download) with a backup connectivity plan (e.g., mobile hotspot).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual capabilities in Spanish to communicate with diverse client segments and team members.
• Prior experience in home services, dispatching, route planning, or mobile service scheduling.
• Genuine passion for pets and animal care.
