A day in the life

• In charge of customer service and operation
• Identifies product buys, inventory, sales trend, and brand moments
• Updates website content to execute campaigns
• Produces weekly/monthly reports on performance with immediate actions and future recommendations
• Regularly reviews competitive landscape for features and trends as they relate to best practices for online content + merchandising
• Support daily operation for marketplaces (content upload, stock management)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or related spaces
• Strong knowledge of platform tools, trends, and updates
• Experience working with analytical tools is an advantage
• Attention to details and organized
• Ability to learn and implement new features and customizations on the site
• Ability to multi-task and manage various campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and collaboration skills across multiple cross function teams

Work Remote

• Fully remote, work from home.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: RM25.00 - RM40.00 per hour
