Remote Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary:
This is a commission-based role only. There is NO fixed salary or retainer. We're in need of a highly motivated and results-driven Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This position is built for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment. You'll be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions, mainly through platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant job boards.
Compensation: We're offering $200 for each successful placement you make.
This role is a great fit for experienced recruiters or independent talent sourcers who are passionate about finding top-tier candidates and confident in their ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source qualified candidates for open positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more.
2. Reach out to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and share information about the positions.
3. Review resumes and job applications to weigh candidates' suitability.
4. Engage with candidates and run preliminary screenings to confirm they meet job requirements.
5. Keep a detailed record of candidates, including sourcing channels and communication history.
6. Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and keep everything aligned with job requirements.
7. Stay proactive in building and maintaining an active candidate pipeline for future roles.
8. Give regular updates on the status of candidate sourcing and placement efforts.
9. Track and report on your sourcing results to sharpen processes and outcomes.
10. Join our team meetings to understand the recruitment needs

Compensation:

1. Base salary: None
2. Performance-based compensation: $200 per successful placement.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and similar job boards.
2. Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and platforms.
3. Able to weigh resumes and profiles quickly and effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in a remote setting.
2. Strong experience with lead generation or candidate outreach.
3. Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
4. Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and tools.
5. Previous experience in a performance-based compensation structure is a plus.
