About The Position This virtual Speech-Language Pathologist role supports K–12 students across Minnesota through remote, school-based speech and language services. The position emphasizes evaluations, direct therapy, and collaborative IEP participation within a structured virtual setting aligned with district expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy aligned with student IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and service plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring records
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and team consultations
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)
• School-based experience preferred
• Telepractice or virtual service delivery experience preferred
• Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
