Corporate Technologies is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Support Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of software and hardware systems. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is not a remote position, this is a fully onsite position. Job Duties:

• Provide remote technical support to customers and internal users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document support cases and solutions in the ticketing system accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades remotely.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually Benefits:
