Remote System and Data Integration Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Remote System and Data Integration Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will support complex system integration efforts across data and facility workflows in a highly regulated operational environment. The specialist will partner with site teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, map data fields, and ensure system interoperability across deployment activities. Success in this position will depend on careful coordination of hardware, software, logistics, and cutover tasks to support reliable performance in both test and operational settings.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $216,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support full system integration across data and facility workflows
• Gather operational requirements from FAA facilities
• Map NDC fields to site-specific needs for layout development
• Validate data accuracy and system interoperability
• Deploy configurations and refine them across test and operational environments
• Document field mappings and configuration changes
• Coordinate system integration tasks including hardware, logistics, and software cutover

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of related experience, Master’s degree and 10 years, Associate’s degree and 14 years, or a high school diploma and 16 years of related experience
• Experience with hardware and software deployment in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Dell, or HPE/Aruba technologies
• Strong understanding of integrated system functionality and data flow troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Linux systems and environments
