Remote Teacher

MyThorneAI is seeking content creators to script, shoot, and edit 3–5 minute educational videos based on our career readiness curriculum. Videos will support neurotypical students and students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Each completed video must be 3–5 minutes long and explain a curriculum topic through clear instruction, practical examples, demonstrations, or role-play.

Topics Include

• Career exploration and personal strengths.
• Workplace communication, teamwork, and customer service.
• Résumés, applications, and interview preparation.
• Workplace safety and professional boundaries.
• Financial literacy, paychecks, and budgeting.
• Transportation, daily routines, and independence.
• Digital literacy and online safety.
• Self-advocacy, accommodations, and asking for help.
• Stress management and employment retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts using curriculum topics and learning objectives provided by MyThorneAI.
• Present on camera and film demonstrations or workplace scenarios.
• Produce polished 3–5 minute videos with clear audio, appropriate lighting, and readable visuals.
• Edit videos and include accurate captions.
• Adapt content for different learning and communication needs.
• Incorporate curriculum team feedback and meet agreed deadlines.

Some topics may require separate general and adapted versions. Adapted videos should use plain language, step-by-step demonstrations, visual supports, purposeful repetition, and time to process information. All content should maintain an age-respectful tone.

Qualifications

• Experience producing educational or instructional videos.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Access to a suitable recording setup.
• Ability to explain practical skills clearly.
• Reliable turnaround and responsiveness to feedback.

Experience in teaching, special education, disability inclusion, or career readiness is a plus.

Compensation and Scope

This is a freelance, project-based opportunity with assignments organized into batches. MyThorneAI is a startup with a limited production budget.

Please quote your rate for each completed 3–5 minute video, pricing for a batch of 10 videos, and any additional cost for adapted versions. Clearly state whether scripting, filming, editing, captions, and revisions are included.

Pay: Php182.91 - Php198.16 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 5.0 per week
