Remote Technical Draftsman (Metalworks)

Work Schedule: 8 hrs per day, Sunday to Thursday, 7:30AM-3:30PM (CET)

Work Setup: Remote

Salary Range: ₱80,00–₱120,000/month (still negotiable based on candidate’s skills, experience and portfolio)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Draftsman (Metalworks) to create accurate technical and fabrication drawings for custom metalwork projects, including pergolas, shading structures, roof frameworks, gates, doors, and other steel fabrication works. The ideal candidate has proven experience in metal fabrication, strong technical drawing and detailing skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

A design studio specializing in technical design and production drawings

for custom wood and metal fabrication. Work focuses on bridging the gap between concept and manufacturing. Translate ideas, sketches, and specifications into accurate 3D models and clear technical documentation ready for real-world production. Work closely with carpenters, metal workshops, architects, and designers to ensure that every drawing is optimized for fabrication processes, materials, and assembly requirements.

Scope of Work

• Pergolas and shading structures
• Roof structures and steel frameworks
• Gates and doors
• Custom metal fabrication projects

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in metalwork / metal fabrication
• Ability to work independently in both workshop and field environments
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on technical drawings
• Must have experience with SolidWorks or Inventor
• Demonstrates responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Experience in complex fabrication projects and on-site installation is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rhino is considered a plus
• Woodworking and carpentry is also an advantage

Compensation & Structure

• Monthly salary range: $1,200–$1,700/month (still negotiable based on

candidate’s skills, experience and portfolio)

• Work set-up: Fully remote
