Remote Technical Draftsman (Woodworks)

• Work Schedule: 8 hrs per day, Sunday to Thursday, 7:30AM-3:30PM (CET)
• Salary Range: 500 - 2,000 USD monthly (still NEGOTIABLE depending on portfolio, work samples, skills, and experience)
• Work Setup: Fully Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to create and edit technical drawings for model kitchens, closets, built-ins, and custom furniture. The role includes producing accurate, production-ready shop drawings, cutting lists, joinery details, and exploded views, while collaborating with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Regular review and updates of drawings to reflect design changes and site conditions are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics in accordance with project requirements.
• Convert sketches, engineering data, and design concepts into accurate and complete technical drawings.
• Update, modify, and revise drawings as necessary to reflect design changes or project developments.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure all drawings maintain a high level of accuracy and comply with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in carpentry or cabinetry.
• Solid knowledge of wood materials and fabrication.
• Proficiency in Cabinet Vision, TopSolid, and SolidWorks.
• Detail-oriented, with experience in kitchens, doors, and custom woodwork as shown in portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rhino for 3D modeling and technical design.
• Experience with Grasshopper for design automation.
• Knowledge of metal materials and fabrication processes for manufacturing.
• Woodwork furniture or industrial design background preferred, with practical carpentry experience.

Compensation & Structure

• 500 - 2,000 USD monthly salary (still negotiable depending on portfolio, work samples, skills, and experience)
