Remote telemarketer

We are looking for an articulate, driven, and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying business opportunities, and generating high-quality sales leads across industries such as ERP solutions, cybersecurity, commercial electricity, and other B2B corporate services.
Key Details

• Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 / month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MYT)
• Location: 100% Work From Home (Remote - Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to key decision-makers (C-suite, IT Managers, Facility Managers, Finance Heads).
• Pitch and qualify potential business leads across various B2B sectors (ERP, Cybersecurity, Commercial Utilities, and Corporate Services).
• Identify customer pain points, introduce service offerings, and schedule qualified sales appointments.
• Maintain clean prospect records, update call statuses, and manage pipeline activity accurately in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (calls made, connect rates, and qualified leads generated).

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or outbound B2B call center roles.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Confident demeanor, resilient phone presence, and skilled at overcoming gatekeepers and objections.
• Strong self-discipline and ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup equipped with a reliable laptop/PC and a high-speed, stable internet connection.
