Remote Telemarketer - Commission Available

Role Summary
Drive sales growth and engage prospective clients through persuasive phone outreach remotely.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Execute outbound calling campaigns to prospective leads to introduce products, services, and special promotions.
• Lead Qualification: Identify customer needs, screen and qualify potential prospects, and schedule sales appointments or close transactions directly.
• Objection Handling: Build rapport quickly with prospects, answer inquiries, and address customer hesitations or objections with confidence.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Accurately log call dispositions, customer notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM database.
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily call volume benchmarks, engagement rates, and monthly sales conversion targets.

Requirements

• Education: SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer outreach, or inside sales (Fresh graduates with a strong sales drive are welcome).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasive pitch delivery, and active listening skills in English and [Insert Additional Language, e.g., Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin].
• Remote Work Setup: Must possess a reliable personal computer/laptop, a dedicated noise-canceling headset, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
• Candidate Profile: Highly self-disciplined, target-driven, resilient against rejection, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
