Remote Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Contact incoming leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertising, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
• Call parents to introduce our online Quran classes and explain the benefits of enrolling their children.
• Understand parents’ requirements, address concerns, and handle objections professionally.
• Persuade interested parents to book a free demo class for their children.
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not booked a demo or are yet to make an enrollment decision.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, demo bookings, and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Coordinate with the academic and support team to ensure a smooth handover of booked demo classes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center sales, or lead conversion.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently with parents.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with sales targets.
• Reliable internet connection, a laptop or computer, and a quiet working environment.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or lead management systems is an advantage.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Speed of response to new leads.
• Number of leads contacted and successfully followed up.
• Free demo classes booked.
• Demo attendance and conversion into paid enrollments.
• Overall lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.
