Remote tester

We are looking for a Remote Tester to help our software and e-commerce team test registration, account verification, wallet/payment features, and user access flows.

The tester will follow provided testing instructions, document the results, and report any restrictions, errors, or issues encountered during the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Test account registration and login processes.
• Test verification and wallet-related user flows where legally and technically available.
• Follow step-by-step testing instructions provided by our team.
• Record the testing process and results.
• Take screenshots or screen recordings of relevant testing steps when requested.
• Identify and report error messages, account restrictions, verification problems, or unexpected behavior.
• Provide clear feedback to the technical/support team.
• Complete assigned testing tasks within the agreed timeframe.
• Maintain confidentiality of company testing information.

Requirements

• Must be based in the required testing market.
• Own a smartphone capable of running the latest application.
• Basic understanding of using system .
• Able to follow instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to provide screenshots and basic testing reports.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Previous QA, app testing, or customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
