Remote Travel Advisor

Overview

As a Remote Travel Advisor, you'll work with clients to understand their travel goals, research destinations, recommend vacation options, and provide personalized support throughout the planning process. You'll receive training, ongoing support, and access to industry resources as you continue developing your travel knowledge and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, vacation goals, and budget.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Create personalized travel recommendations based on each client's needs.
• Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details with travel suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process.
• Maintain accurate client records and timely communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier updates.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
