What they need
About us
Our client sources, authenticates and sells rare and pre-owned timepieces, pieces that run from around USD 10,000 to USD 7 million and advises serious collectors on building their collections. Our buyers are ultra-high-net-worth: a small, discerning audience who research and buy very differently from the general retail world. The website is where that experience begins, and we're looking for the person who will own it.
The role
We're handing one person full ownership of our website and everything built on top of it. The site runs on Webflow, with product data held in Airtable — year, condition, price and specification for each piece. Until now, changes have been made either by us directly or through an external agency, and that agency is now being wound down. You'll take the site over entirely.
You'll sit alongside our SEO Specialist, who owns content, search and authority. You own the site itself, how it's built, how it performs, how it looks, and what gets built next. There's no development team above you: you'll run this without technical supervision, reporting straight to the CEO.
You work in Webflow today, but you're not tied to it. Whether SRK stays on the platform is a question we'll answer later, on its merits and you'll be central to that call.
What you'll own
Building and running the site
- Building and maintaining pages, templates and CMS collections in Webflow
- Custom front-end work where the platform alone won't do what's needed
- Performance on heavy, image-led pages across global markets
- Implementing structured data and technical changes the SEO Specialist specifies
The product data
- Owning the Airtable-to-website pipeline, including the parts that currently fail
- Making sure changes reach the site reliably and images stay consistent
- Taking this over from the agency during handover, so nothing is left unowned
What gets built next
- A private area for VIP clients
- An interactive tool matching visitors to pieces
- Event registration, if we move it from QR codes onto the site
- Ongoing enhancements to keep visitors engaged
- A possible move to a different platform, should we decide it's worth doing
Design and presentation
- Implementing design well and improving on it: layout, typography, imagery, how a piece is presented
- Keeping presentation consistent as new pieces and collections are added
- Designing the journey from browsing to enquiry on a piece worth six or seven figures
Working with the SEO Specialist
- Implementing what the search work calls for, and flagging where a build or design choice would help or hurt it
What you'll need (essential)
- Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS and JavaScript written properly, not just assembled in a visual builder
- The ability to build beyond the website itself: storing and serving data, working with APIs, standing up something that runs alongside the site
- Hands-on Webflow, or the fundamentals to pick it up quickly
- Design judgement: an eye for what looks right, and the ability to implement a design well and improve on it (art-directing a full rebrand is not expected)
- Connecting a site to external data: Airtable, Make, Zapier or an API and keeping it running when it breaks
- Gated or member areas, built or configured. Webflow retired its own membership feature in January 2026, so this now means Memberstack, Outseta or a custom build
- Able to own the site without technical supervision, there is no development team above this role
- Written English strong enough to work directly with a non-technical owner
- An understanding of page speed and how build decisions affect search performance
Nice to have (desirable)
- Projects of your own: things you designed and built yourself, rather than implementing someone else's work
- Luxury, watch, jewellery or other high-value retail experience
- Interactive builds: quizzes, configurators, matching tools
- Having moved a site from one platform to another
- Having worked alongside an SEO specialist
Not in this role
- SEO strategy, content and link building, these sit with the SEO Specialist
- Paid advertising and social media
- Full brand redesigns, a designer would lead these; you'd implement them
Why this role is worth your time
- Full ownership of a site that sells some of the rarest watches in the world
- A direct line to the CEO and a genuine say in the platform's future
- Greenfield builds, a VIP portal, a matching tool, and more, not just maintenance
- A small, high-calibre team where your work is seen and matters
What's on offer
- Bonus: Discretionary scheme against KPIs, recent payouts have run to two or three months of pay
- Hours: Set your own day. Start at 10, start at 12, as long as it works within Singapore hours (your own timezone). No night shift.
- Setup: Fully remote, working full-time for one client
- Travel: Occasional overseas travel for events
- Health: VIP HMO cover, plus a health and wellness allowance
- Leave: 10 paid leave credits, increasing with tenure
- Equipment: Laptop provided from month three; before that, your own machine with our endpoint security software installed
- Independent Contractor agreement: 100% of your earnings will be yours.
