Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven WhatsApp Agent to manage our WhatsApp communities, engage users, drive sales, and grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow WhatsApp groups and communities. Engage users, answer enquiries, and provide customer support. Promote products and services to drive sales and conversions. Attract new users and encourage referrals. Follow up with potential customers and inactive users. Create engaging content, share updates, and promote campaigns. Monitor user activities and submit regular performance reports. Requirements Good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of WhatsApp and online community management. Sales, marketing, or community management experience is an advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Performance Targets Community growth and engagement. New user acquisition and activation. Sales and revenue generation. Customer retention and satisfaction.
