About the role

The role involves proactively contacting potential clients through phone and online channels to arrange online sales meetings, building long-term collaborative relationships using systematic communication methods, and working closely with the closing team to ensure smooth client handover and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential clients through phone and online channels and arrange online sales meetings
• Adopt systematic communication methods to build long-term collaborative relationships with potential clients
• Accurately record all client follow-up status in designated systems
• Work closely with the closing team to ensure smooth client handover and follow-up

About you

• Fluent in Cantonese and English communication ability; Mandarin speakers preferred
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly through phone calls with confidence
• High initiative, clear goals, strong stress resilience and results-oriented
• Must provide personal computer, stable internet connection and mobile device
• Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
