  • Newly created opportunity to build and shape the reward function across a global organisation
  • Own end-to-end remuneration reviews, incentive programs and establish modern reward frameworks
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and the CPO to shape competitive, data-driven remuneration practices

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this newly created Remuneration Manager role offers a unique opportunity to build and mature our reward function from the ground up. You will be responsible for leading remuneration programs that support the attraction, retention and engagement of employees across our global business. You will oversee remuneration reviews, market benchmarking, incentive programs and reward governance, ensuring our practices remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business objectives.

Working closely with business leaders, you will use data-driven insights to inform reward decisions and drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced remuneration professional who enjoys combining strategic reward thinking with hands-on delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual remuneration reviews across multiple countries, including planning, budgeting, approvals and implementation.
  • Establish and mature our remuneration frameworks, policies and governance, ensuring compliance with pay legislation.
  • Deliver remuneration benchmarking, market analysis and gender pay reporting to support informed reward decisions.
  • Optimise and govern incentive and benefits programs, including STI cycles, vendor management and employee communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement across reward processes, systems and reporting, leading the optimisation of our newly implemented HiBob Compensation platform.

Essential What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end remuneration and reward programs, including annual remuneration review cycles, salary planning and governance, ideally with a track record of designing or maturing frameworks in a growing business.
  • Strong remuneration benchmarking, job evaluation and remuneration framework design experience.
  • Advanced analytical capability, including expert Excel skills, data modelling, reporting and reward-related insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Desirable

  • Exposure to global remuneration programs and multi-country reward environments.
  • Experience supporting executive remuneration and Board or Remuneration Committee reporting and governance.
  • Experience with compensation management systems, including Hi-Bob Compensation or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or consulting experience in remuneration, reward, Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related discipline.

What We Can Offer You We offer a range of benefits designed to support your career, wellbeing and life outside of work, including:

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements and a Dress for Your Day culture
  • Performance-based bonus and incentive opportunities
  • Structured training, nationally recognised qualifications and genuine career progression opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), discounted health insurance and wellbeing benefits
  • Paid volunteering leave, additional leave purchase options and other lifestyle benefits
  • Complimentary breakfast, fresh fruit and employee discounts
