We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rendering Specialist to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality exterior finishes to buildings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces meticulously to ensure proper adhesion of rendering materials
• Mix and apply renderings using hand tools, trowels, and spray equipment with precision and consistency
• Use masonry skills to repair or modify existing structures as needed before rendering
• Install insulation or other building components to enhance energy efficiency and structural integrity
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently to facilitate the rendering process
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Conduct inspections during and after application to ensure finishes meet specifications and safety standards

Skills

• Proficiency in handling hand tools such as trowels, mixers, and chisels
• Strong knowledge of bricklaying, masonry techniques, and surface preparation methods
• Experience with power tools used in construction and finishing work
• Solid understanding of carpentry principles relevant to exterior wall finishing
• Ability to perform roofing tasks related to rendering projects when necessary
• Welding skills are a plus for structural adjustments or repairs during rendering projects
• Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for demanding outdoor work
