Renewable Energy Engineer

Job Summary

TWI is looking for a motivated Renewable Energy Engineer to support the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of renewable energy systems, basic engineering principles, and the ability to work with technical data and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of renewable energy projects, particularly solar energy systems.
• Conduct basic site assessments, energy calculations, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist with the selection and evaluation of renewable energy equipment and components.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze energy generation and system performance data and identify potential improvements.
• Ensure projects follow applicable safety, quality, technical, and environmental standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.
• Maintain project records and prepare regular progress and performance reports.
• Stay updated on renewable energy technologies, industry practices, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, solar projects, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, renewable energy technologies, and basic electrical concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/PVsyst or similar engineering software will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
