Renewable Energy Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Renewable Energy Project Manager to coordinate and manage solar PV and clean energy projects from planning through completion. This role will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed schedules, technical requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate solar PV and renewable energy projects from planning through project completion.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams.
• Monitor project progress, resources, costs, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Review project requirements, technical documentation, drawings, and installation plans.
• Support procurement and coordination of solar PV equipment, materials, and related systems.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports, schedules, and management updates.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant safety, quality, and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support improvements to project delivery processes, engineering coordination, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, engineering, construction, solar PV, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Good understanding of project planning, installation, commissioning, and technical coordination.
• Familiarity with solar PV systems, electrical systems, or renewable energy technologies will be an advantage.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple project activities and work according to agreed timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common project management tools.
• Experience working with contractors, suppliers, consultants, or engineering teams will be an advantage.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
